Starting in 2003, Capital Fire Protection Co. has implemented a Drug Free Workplace Policy. In addition to our long-standing policy of pre-employment and customer requested testing for all field personnel, Capital Fire Protection Co. has furthered its commitment to work place safety by committing to Company wide pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion and random drug screening. Both the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation and the Ohio State Architects Office recognize our drug free standards as we the employees of Capital Fire Protection Co. once again sharpen the leading edge of workplace safety.

At Capital Fire Protection Co. our commitment to the highest quality customer service has always gone hand in hand with our care for work site safety which is why the BX / OSHA Partnership was such a solid fit. As a BX / OSHA leader contractor, Capital Fire Protection Co. has agreed to stringent safety training covering all the bases. In addition to having all of our field personnel certified in the OSHA 10 hour safety class, all new hires are trained and tested in Hazmat, Hazcom, Lock Out /Tag Out, Electrical Hazard, Personal Protective Equipment, Fall Protection, Trenching / Excavating, Aerial Lifts, Ladders and Work Site Inspection.
